General questions is an ecommerce website for delivering South Asian groceries to our customers in the GTA and surrounding area. We sell over a 1000 authentic products on our website and aspire to bring authentic South Asian groceries to your doorstep.

No. We are an online store only and only accept orders through our website. We do home delivery in the GTA and surrounding areas. You can also reach us at 647-375-3854 via WhatsApp messaging.

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. All your order updates, shipping status etc. is constantly updated via email.

We’re constantly adding new items to our store. You can email us with your product suggestions at / and we will make an effort to try to avail the item for you. Sometimes it’s not possible to get specific items due to supply issues, limited customer demand etc.

Our goal is to always have all listed items in stock. Generally, an out-of-stock item should be back within 2 weeks. In some rare circumstances items may remain sold out for longer than that due to sudden spikes in demand or supply issues.


Currently we ship the to GTA and surrounding area. We will keep our customers up to date on our plans for expansion.

One of our drivers will deliver the order.

Our driver will leave the package at your door. If the driver is unable to access your building, then we can offer you an alternate delivery slot during the next delivery run. We can only offer a second delivery slot one time.

Shipping in GTA & surrounding area would be done as follows:

Orders are delivered from 7 – 10 pm during weekdays and weekends. Please note we are unable to give you a specific appointment for delivery.

Payment questions

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). We also accept payments by Apple Pay and Google Pay.

We recently added Interac E-transfer on our portal as well. 

We are committed to a fully transparent pricing model so there will never be any hidden or unexpected charges.

Currently we do not accept cash on delivery. All orders must be paid online during booking via credit card.

Refunds / Cancellation QUESTIONS

Our detailed refunds and cancellation policy is below:


  1. The refund will occur in case of Order cancellation, unavailability of product or damaged/defective products.
  2. In case of damaged and/or defective product, we need to be notified of it with proof within six (6) hours of delivery. Following investigation, you will be duly notified if you are eligible for a refund.
  3. Please reach out to our Customer Service Department via email at or 647-375-3854 to register your claim for refund.
  4. All refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

NO RETURNS are being accepted on any food, health or beauty products due to Ontario Health and Safety guidelines with regards to COVID-19 pandemic.

Cancelling your Order
If you have to cancel your order during the shopping or delivery process, your order total will be refunded. If you are unreachable at the time of delivery, we may cancel your order on your behalf and charge a $15 fee and will refund remaining amount if paid by credit card. We try to provide the maximum flexibility to the customers for purpose of order cancellation as we know things do happen in life. For any orders, where you have not received the ‘Shipping Confirmation’ email can be cancelled by calling or emailing us at the contact information provided. Please note we cannot cancel any orders once you have received the shipping confirmation email as this means the order has already been shipped out of our packaging center.

We take due care to ensure all orders are packed fully with no errors. From time-to-time mistakes do happen. Please contact us at with your order number so that we can resolve the situation for you.

Once you’ve received the shipping confirmation email, we are not able to cancel the order as it means the order has already left our warehouse.
